Water fuel conversion kits may well become the single most important product of 2009. There are a number of ways to produce either hydrogen (or orthohydrogen) or electricity to power a vehicle. Most water fuel kits currently available produce hydrogen on demand as H2O is split within a hydrogen cell. Maeve Binch recently revealed in quite colorful language that her bv treatment had been a huge success. Although they can only supply a part of the vehicle’s energy requirements, they are very cheap to make, easy to fit and produce gas savings of up to 60%. Gasoline is still needed, but in reduced quantities. The main alternative is a complicated system which stores hydrogen on board, which is used in combination with oxygen to generate electricity. Water Fuel Kits: Orthohydrogen or Electricity? The first thing to note is that the two systems are fairly similar in the way they work. While the electric option uses a proton exchange membrane, both systems have an electrolyte. The electrolyte splits molecules into positively charged hydrogen ions and negatively charged electrons. To concentrate on the simple method which produces oxyhydrogen (or Brown’s gas), a stainless steel or platinum catalyst is placed within the cell, normally created from CPVC housing. About a quart of H2O, normal tap water is fine, is added. When a 13 amp electric current is passed through the water, hydrogen fuel is produced, bubbles to the surface and is drawn off. This is then mixed with standard gasoline via the carburetor. Requirements for Hydrogen Fuel Conversion Kits In addition to a manual (for you or your mechanic) there are three elements necessary for these products. The main part is the HHO cell. As discussed, this is made from a high temperature resistant casing and contains an electrolyte connected to the vehicle’s battery. The total cost is about $60. The second component is a simple vaporizer, located between the cell and carburetor. The total cost is around $15. The last piece is an electronic control unit. This connects the battery, HHO cell and ignition fuse and can control the amperage. It also earths the entire system. The cost of this is approximately $50. And that’s it. BV Treatment Benefits Browns gas fuel kits offer savings on gas of between 20% and 60%, depending on size and tuning. For many people that can come to more than $500 a month. Tax rebates from the IRS amount to $2,000 per vehicle. Ensure you retain receipts for your manual and parts as proof of the conversion. It is restricted to one time per car, but considering you have only spent a little over $100 for a kit, you have made a whole pile of cash before you even start saving on gas. The other benefits that make an HHO kit so popular are reduced insurance premiums, increased engine life, a quieter engine and increased acceleration and torque. BV treatment can then develop into certain categories, such as cystitis.

by Lucy Payn

Yeast Infection Symptoms and BV

It is important not to confuse yeast infection symptoms with those of bacterial vaginosis. The most obvious giveaway is the smell. Though the odor of a yeast infection may not always be pleasant, it is nothing like the pungent fishy stench given off by a BV discharge.

Standard Yeast Infection Symptoms

Yeast infection, thrush, vaginal candidiasis, call it what you will, has symptoms like vaginal itching and swelling and irritation when passing water. Identification of a swab sample under a microscope is quite straightforward. It appears as large, round, white/cream single cell colonies. Other tests are used to measure the vagina’s pH level etc.

Candida Yeast Infections Complications

Most yeast infection complications occur in conjunction with a pre-existing medical complaint. Basically, the lower the body’s immunity to infections, the greater the risk. Thus, at the high end of the risk spectrum are AIDS patients, patients in intensive care, those undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy and organ transplants. Still at risk are those whose immune system levels have dropped due to a bad diet or other factors. That is why natural herbal treatments lend themselves so adeptly to yeast infection; they boost immunity.

Yeast Infection Home Remedies

Home remedies are overtaking prescription medicines for the treatment of yeast infection. They have no side effects and increase general levels of health. There remain large pockets of resistance within the medical fraternity, but natural cures appear to be the way forward.

Herbal Treatments

Happy Planta of the Electra Health Society in California has some interesting observations:

Yeast infection symptoms are not difficult to spot. Whatever type of remedial action is subsequently chosen, I would always advocate a clinical medical examination and tests to positively diagnose a yeast infection. While natural remedies can do no harm to the patient, long-term or short-term, it is always helpful to know what exactly it is you are trying to treat.

Morning Sickness in Pregnancy

Morning sickness normally begins within the first month of pregnancy and for most women lasts for the duration of the first trimester. However, a large portion of women are not so ‘lucky’ and and suffer it for the duration of gestation. A herbal treatment for morning sickness is often the only solution for many expectant moms.

Signs

Nausea, queasiness, headaches and swooning are all normal signs. Vomiting is not uncommon. For most women, mornings after waking are worst, but others experience it at all sorts of times of the day, if not all the time every day.

What To Do

Despite exhaustive research the reasons for morning sickness remain unknown. That is partly why cures using herbs are so much in demand. Crushed ice, travel sickness tablets, lemon juice and fizzy drinks can work to stop the nausea for some women but none of them works holistically on both the symptoms and the root hormonal problems like herbal cures do.

Undesirable Effects

Exhaustion, nutrient deficiency and dehydration are all harmful for the expectant mother and for fetal development. Morning sickness is not just something to grin and bear.

Morning Sickness Herbal Treatment

Follow a well researched instruction guide if you want to use a herbal treatment for morning sickness. Up to date herbal mixtures are excellent and are develop year on year. Herbal remedies have no side effects.

Herbs

Peach bark, wild yam, echinacea, goldenseal, licorice root and ginger root are all staples. But there are another 20 or so herbs to be added to that list, all of which have excellent properties. Most are easy to buy nowadays.

Official Quote About Herbal Morning Sickness Treatment

Dr Hayley Potts in the International Health Monitor periodical, (Jan. 2009, pp. 12-17), wrote: Morning sickness has seen the largest growth in herbal treatment of any medical area over the last 5 years. More than one in three women now use herbs to a greater or lesser extent specifically to fight nausea during pregnancy. This trend looks set to continue well into the future as more women discover the benefits of herbs such as echinacea, licorice root and goldenseal.

It will probably come as a surprise to many expectant moms, but the best vitamin for the fetus and your body is, in fact, vitamin A. Research has shown a far better health outcome (with virtually no congenital disorders) for babies whose moms take plenty of vitamin A during pregnancy.

by Lucy Payn

Junk Foods and Pregnancy Weight Control

All junk foods pile on the calories. They contain additives harmful to mom and the baby. They also contain vitamin A in synthetic form, which is toxic. Under the banner of junk foods come margarine, processed white flour products, sweets, soft drinks and take-away fast foods.

Caffeine

Reduce or eliminate intake of caffeine. Do not exceed 200mg per day. Caffeine lowers iron absorption. It can also affect fetal growth, so reducing the weight at birth. It may increase the risk of miscarriage.

Alcohol

No alcohol should be consumed during pregnancy. It is bad for the baby and adds unnecessary extra weight to mom. Alcohol is potentially more dangerous than any other food or drink. Many expectant moms consume a very small amount very occasionally, but really it is best to avoid it altogether for the duration of pregnancy.

Trans Fats

Trans fats reduce the conversion of fatty acids. These acids are essential for brain growth in the fetus. Trans fats also lower breast milk fat. Take absolutely nothing containing trans fats; there is no safe minimum, or maximum. If a product states it is partially hydrogenated, it contains trans fats; do not eat it. They are not good for mom’s weight control either.

Other Foods to Avoid for Weight Control During Pregnancy

Sweeteners, commercially fried foods, soy and food additives should not be used while pregnant. They can all affect the normal development of the fetus and do not give the correct nutrients to mom’s body, while increasing her body weight which she can not burn off while pregnant.

Essential Foods, Vitamins and Minerals

A proper guide must be followed to ensure the best results for both fetal development and your own weight control. Most will include the following foods which contain the vitamins and minerals described.

Essential Foods for Pregnancy and Weight Control

Fine quality protein food (such as grass-fed meat and poultry), eggs from free range grass-fed chickens), better quality dairy products (raw grass-fed: cheese, cream, milk and butter), steeped grains and nuts, home-made soups and broths, organic and freshly harvested fruit and vegetables, good quality fat, lacto-fermented comestibles, concentrated fish oil and plenty of good drinking water.

The Right Vitamins and Minerals

Vitamin B, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium, vitamin D, a balanced omega 3 to omega 6 ratio, conjugated linolenic acid, vitamin A (absolutely excellent!), vitamin C and folate.

The Best Vitamin

It will probably come as a surprise to many expectant moms, but the best vitamin for the fetus and your body is, in fact, vitamin A. Research has shown a far better health outcome (with virtually no congenital disorders) for babies whose moms take plenty of vitamin A during pregnancy. However, supplements are nowhere near as good as vitamin A derived from organic foodstuffs.

Natural Sources of Vitamin A

Liver, cod liver oil, rich butter and its fat, egg yolks, fish, offal such as kidney, heart and brain, grass-fed free range dairy products and meats.

A herbal cure is fast becoming the preferred choice of treatment for bacterial vaginosis (BV). It does not have side effects like antibiotics and leaves the immune system intact.

BV HERBAL CURES. CLICK HERE.

Vaginitis and What To Do and What Not To Do

Perhaps the main contributor to the condition known as bacterial vaginitis is douching. However good a BV herbal cure you use, if you continue to douche, the likelihood is that vaginitis will return at some point, sooner or later.

So, do not douche. It is the single most important factor in preventing and combating bacterial vaginosis. Douching upsets the natural balance of the vagina’s bacteria. For a healthy vagina, the ratio between anaerobes and lactobacilli needs to be normal and douching inevitably messes up this balance.

The pH level of the vagina is critical. It is naturally slightly acidic. Douching, again, can change the pH from acidic to alkaline, increasing the risk of BV. In fact, a pH measurement is one of the tests used to determine the presence of the condition.

A dry and clean vaginal area is sufficient cleaning. Use a little plain water and dry thoroughly before and after intercourse.

To keep dry and avoid sweat, wear looser fitting jeans and slacks. Wear breathable cotton underwear which keeps dry and allows air circulation. Forget nylon underwear.

Follow a recommended herbal guide specifically designed for BV. It will include ingredients; all should be easily available and cost around $5 for a month’s supply. It will also show how to make the medicine, how to take it and in what quantities. All the symptoms should have disappeared within a few days of starting the course. In addition, most guides will detail diets tailored for sufferers of BV.

All scented personal hygiene products should be given a wide berth. That even goes for perfumed bubble baths and the like. They can all be very irritating to an already sensitive vagina.

Make sure tampons and pads are changed regularly. Too much moisture will aggravate symptoms and just lead to more swelling and itching.

If necessary, lose some weight by exercising more frequently. Exercise also helps to relieve stress, which can be important. Dietary intake should include vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, beta-carotine and zinc; they work well together to improve the immune system.

Although the opinion of medical science has turned in favor of a natural remedy for bv in recent years, millions of women are still being treated with antibiotics and the like to cure their bv. If they can at all help it, doctors nowadays will not prescribe antibiotics for any infection, let alone for bacterial vaginosis.

NATURAL BV REMEDIES HERE.

In any case, it is not simply about being against the overuse of antibiotics in treatment. The medical fraternity has eventually accepted that a natural BV remedy is both desirable and more effective than any other form of cure.

Medical doctors will usually diagnose bacterial vaginosis following a swab taken from high in the vagina, followed by three simple tests, two of which should be positive.

They include a whiff test where potassium hydroxide is added to the smear and smelt for that distinctive fishy odor. Then there is an acidity test with litmus paper. A pH reading over 4.5 shows alkalinity when the vagina should be slightly acidic and is indicative of bacterial vaginosis. The final test is for what are known as clue cells. If they show after adding sodium chloride and are covered in bacteria, this also is taken as an indication of BV.

Of course, many women are pretty sure they have bv without reference to a doctor. This happens when they notice a yellowish, fishy smelling discharge and intense itching, especially after sexual intercourse. The great advantage of a natural BV remedy is that even if you do misdiagnose, there are absolutely no side effects to a course of natural bv treatment.

If a woman decides on a natural bv remedy, there are several guides available on the web. Than can cost $30 or so, but the ingredients tend to cost less than $5 for a short, but effective, course. Many women opt to continue the course after a month or two because it also helps with other ailments, even colds, and gives a healthy feeling.

Feminine hygiene products from drug stores are discouraged in general and particularly while you are following a natural bv remedy course. The ingredients are readily available. If you are not already interested in alternative remedies, it may get you interested in them for other well known ailments too.

Because of similar symptoms, the problem could turn out to be candidiasis (often called candida, yeast infection or thrush), in which case a different natural remedy is required. If it does happen to be a sexually transmitted disease (STD), prescription drugs are probably preferable to a home cure.

A natural cure for BV is readily available. It is all natural, very cheap and very effective. With the amount of women in the USA suffering from bv at some point in their lives running into the millions, a natural cure for bv is a welcome alternative to the usual course of antibiotics or worse.

Natural cures for BV at NATURAL REMEDIES. Click here.

As doctors become less willing to prescribe antibiotics, they are much more will to promote natural remedies for bv sufferers. In fact, most health care professionals now accept a natural remedy as being more effective than any other course of treatment in any case.

How to Diagnose BV

The great thing about a natural, herbal BV cure is that even if you misdiagnose, there are no side effects with a natural remedy. Therefore, if the problem persists, treatment for a yeast infection can be followed. If that is unsuccessful, it probably means that the problem is an STD.

Of course you can always see your doctor or clinic advisor first, for diagnosis, and then follow your own course of treatment. They will take a smear and conduct a number of tests to establish the problem.

Once you have explained the symptoms as itching, swelling and a smelly discharge, especially following sex, they will have four alternatives in mind. They are a yeast infection (which can also be cured naturally), an STD (usually Trichomoniasis), that the discharge is normal, and bacterial vaginosis.

The tests are very basic but reliable. First there is the whiff test. A bit of the discharge from the swab is place on a slide and potassium hydroxide added. The whiff test is positive for BV if an unmistakable fishy smell is given off. The second test uses litmus paper to check the pH level of the swab. If the value exceeds 4.5, it is considered acidic, a sign of bacterial vaginosis. The third is examination of clue cells under a microscope once sodium chloride has been added to the sample. If they are covered in bacteria, this also indicates bv. If two of the three tests show positive, the condition is usually diagnosed as BV.

Natural BV Cure

Whether a patient sees a doctor or not, the natural BV cure is now the preferred choice of 28% of American women. Why just over a quarter of sufferers? Well, the option of a natural remedy is still not mentioned by 40% of medical advisors and only about half the population has ever heard of the choice.

All that should change soon with educational programs in the pipeline and information more readily available on the internet.

A yeast infection, medically known as candidiasis, is a very common condition in women all over the world. In fact, 75% of all the women of the world suffer from a yeast infection at some point or other in their lives. The condition is caused due to infection from a microbial fungus known as Candida albicans which infects the vagina in females. For this reason, it is also called as vaginitis. Yeast infections are quite common in women, but these are not the only kinds of infections that can occur. The yeast infection is quite closely related with other kinds of female infections such as atrophic vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis.

Yeast infection can be a very troublesome condition for the female and can even impair normal living. Women with yeast infections are not advised to participate in sexual activities because of the contagious nature of the infection. This is why they have to abstain as they are getting treatment from this condition. In addition, there are a whole lot of restrictions such as they should avoid bathtubs and douches, they should not apply irritants on the infected area, they should refrain from wearing undergarments for some time, etc. Hence, though yeast infections are not very serious health conditions, they can definitely influence the normal living of the woman in significant ways.

Because this disease is contagious, it becomes very important to identify a yeast infection. The following is a list of the symptoms of this condition, which you can use as tests for confirmation.

The first symptom is that there will be itching and irritation in the vaginal area. This will begin as a mild irritation at first, but will soon increase to more severe itching.

The discharge from the vagina will undergo some definite changes. There will be a definite change in the color of the discharge. In some time, even the odor of the discharge will change. Most women who have a yeast infection will find that the amount of discharge from their vagina has decreased. The discharge will become quite distinct – it will become white and thick, which will look much like runny cheese.

There will be a type of rash developed on the vaginal area. These rashes will soon begin to have a very definitive odor. This can be taken as a confirmatory test, because the odor strongly resembles that of moldy bread. You must remember that yeast is a fungus, just as molds are.

Another definite confirmatory test of a yeast infection is if you find pain during sexual intercourse in the area that has developed the rashes. This indicates that a yeast infection has indeed occurred. You will also experience a similar kind of pain in the area during urination. Though pains can occur due to other reasons also, yeast infection pains are quite distinct and accompanied by rashes.

In some severe cases of yeast infections, there could also be some mild bleeding from the vaginal area.
